Marco DeBole scored the game winner with seven minutes remaining in regulation as Schroeder came from behind to beat Fairport 2-1 in the Class AA1 Final at Spencerport High School.
DeBole also assisted on Sean Loucks goal that tied the game at one early in the first half.
Defensive midfielder Dave Wanits was named game MVP for the Warriors.
