One Killed After Being Hit By Train

Rochester Police have confirmed that one person is dead after being hit by a train in the city Tuesday afternoon.

Police tell us the incident happened around 2 p.m. in the area of Atlantic Avenue and Anderson Avenue. Two people were reportedly walking near the tracks. One of them was struck and killed. Police are currently talking with the surviving person. The victim's name has not been released.
