Prosecutors say Rejeanne Collier, 55, was convicted of conspiracy to possess and distribute heroin. The U.S. Attorney's Office says that since 2009 Collier was involved in purchasing large quantities of heroin.
Prosecutors say she then sold heroin to street level customers in the Rochester area. Collier was arrested in November of 2011 by Pennsylvania State Police after a traffic stop.
After that traffic stop members of a narcotics team in Rochester got a search warrant to go into Collier's home in Rochester, and they recovered additional drug trafficking paraphernalia.
