Fatal Farm Accident in Chili

Police are on the scene of a fatal farm accident in Chili.
It happened on a family farm on Scottsville Road. Monroe County Sheriff deputies say a man in his 50s was performing maintenance on a combine when it fell on him.
Another farm worker tried to help, but could not get the combine off of him. Deputies say the man was dead before emergency crews arrived. His name has not been released. We have a crew at the scene. We will bring you the latest information as it becomes available.
