A local activist who became part of a national spotlight in 2011 has had charges against her dismissed.

A judge has dismissed charges against Emily Good. She was arrested after a protest earlier this year near East Avenue and the Inner Loop in Rochester.

Good was in the national spotlight back in 2011 after she videotaped a traffic stop by Rochester Police.

She was arrested after that incident as well, but the charges were later dropped.  This is now the second time charges against Good have been dropped.
