Bank Robbery Near Penfield

Monroe County Sheriff deputies are searching for a man who robbed a bank late Tuesday morning.
It happened around 11:15 a.m. at the M & T Bank branch on Panorama Trail. Deputies say a large-formed man entered the bank and asked for money. He left with an undisclosed amount of money, but deputies say that a dye pack was placed inside the bag of money. They believe the dye pack exploded and that the suspect may be walking around stained with red ink. He could also be seeking medical attention.
Anyone with information on this robbery or the identity of the suspect is asked to call 911.
