Former Sheriff Deputy Indicted For DWI

A Monroe County Sheriff deputy charged earlier this year under Leandra's law has been indicted by a grand jury.
Paul Doser, 40, was indicted on multiple charges, including aggravated DWI. Sheriff deputies say Doser crashed his car into a field on Brick Schoolhouse Road in Hamlin back in May. There were two passengers in the car, including a six-year-old child. There is no word on when he will be back in court.
