Updated: October 3, 2012
The Republican primary for Livingston County District Attorney could finally end Wednesday.

The case is back before a State Supreme Court judge. Steve Sessler's campaign has asked the judge to review 229 ballots after the race ended in a tie. The Livingston County Republican committee, which had endorsed Sessler's opponent, Eric Schiener, had been expected to break the tie before Sessler's lawsuit.
