Man Sentenced for Evidence Tampering in Canandaigua Death

A Canandaigua man was sentenced Monday for tampering with evidence in connection with a suspicious death.

David Miller was sentenced to one to three years in prison by an Ontario County Court judge. Police say Miller concealed evidence relevant to the death investigation of Lewis McCall. McCall's body was found in late June in an outlet that runs into Canandaigua Lake. Meanwhile, the investigation into the death continues.
