Fairport 35, East 13

Marquis Young rushed for 118 yards and two touchdowns and Kevin Vaughn passed for 121 yards and three scores as Fairport handled East 35-13 on Culver Avenue Saturday night.

Elijah Salstrom hauled in three passes for 57 yards and two touchdowns for the Red Raiders.

Justin Noye led East with 88 yards and two touchdowns on the ground.
