Updated: August 20, 2012
The patent sale hearing that was supposed to be held for Kodak Monday has been postponed.

The final hearing on Kodak's patent sale was originally scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Instead the court hearing was rescheduled to August 30th at 10 a.m. Kodak said last week during a meeting between employees and managers that it might not even sell the 1,100 patents up for auction right now. The Wall Street Journal reported bids for the patents came in below $500 million.

Kodak says the patents are worth $2.6 billion.
