Police were originally called to Lakeside Memorial Hospital after a man said he had been assaulted with a knife. Brockport Police and the New York State Police k-9 force found Dagger a few hours later hiding behind a Market Street Address.

Dagget is at Monroe County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $30,000 bond.
