The implosion marked the end of a two year construction project by the nursing facility with thousands watching nearby. A parking lot will replace the Heritage Building.

Although there were concerns about the dust from the implosion, officials gave the area the all clear earlier Saturday. Residents can call St. Ann's if they experience any problems.
