First Niagara Financial group says debit card information of a small amount of bank customers has been compromised. One customer showed us his bank statement and had over $800 out of his account from an ATM in the Bronx. Officials with First Niagara says the suspicous activity happened over the past few days. Representatives are reaching out to customers that were affected. More importantly, they're going to get their money back. At this point, First Niagara isn't saying how the debit card information was aquired. A company spokesperson told us, "We are working with our local, state and federal law enforcement partners as they continue their investigation and, for security reasons, cannot go into additional detail." Customers who think they may be victim of fraud can call 1-800-421-0004.
