A blood drive is now underway in Fairport honoring the five Fairport girls who were killed in a crash five years ago this week.

Hannah Congdon, Bailey Goodman, Meredith McClure, Sara Monnat and Katie Shirley were all killed. The car they were in crashed head-on into a truck on Route 5 and 20 in Ontario County. The girls had just graduated from Fairport High School days before. The blood drive runs until 7 p.m. at St. John of Rochester on Wickford Way in Fairport.
