Arrest Made in Wheatland Shooting

An arrest has been made in the Wheatland Shooting case.

Vincenzo Zagari was arrested and arraigned Saturday morning.

The victim, Angel Figueroa, was found on the side of the road with a gunshot wound on Monday. He was taken to Strong Hospital and needed surgery.

Zagari is being charged with assault in the first degree. He being held at Monroe County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail.
