Kodak in Court Over Patents

By: WROC-TV
Updated: June 13, 2012
Kodak and Apple will be back in court again Wednesday morning over a patent dispute.

In May, a judge ruled that Apple had infringed on Kodak's image previewing technology patent, but that Kodak's claim was invalid. Kodak is appealing the ruling. The company was hoping to get billions of dollars from the lawsuit to help the company climb back from bankruptcy. A final decision on the appeal is not expected until September.
