Rain in the forecast pushed the start of Round 3 ahead, but early-morning showers, postponed the start. The reworked tee times set up a day with players moving fast and finishing quickly. While Rounds 1 and 2 were dry and quick, the rain made the greens slower and the rough more challenging.
Karrie Webb sits second at -3. The two-time winner at Locust Hill (1999 and 2002) was in one of the middle groups. She posted the low round of the day with a 68. Four golfers are at -2, with seven golfers sitting at -1.
