Ben Revere spends most mornings learning from the best.

He watches Rachel Ray cook.

Most evenings, Revere is speeding through the outfield making spectacular catches, including some in Minnesota.

Revere has been to the big leagues each of the last three seasons, but he hasn't been able to stay there. It doesn't frustrate him.

It helps that Revere made what some call the best defensive play of the year last year--an over the shoulder, crash against the wall catch versus the Orioles in late August. The play is now included in the highlights from baseball video games. He's more proud that his grandparents can see it.

It's the life of your average, every day MLB first round draft pick fighting to get back to the majors.
