It's a brand new festival that will be a biennial event.
The festival is taking place around the Eastman School of Music May 4th and 5th.   PercROC features 19
FREE (including pre-fest) events, and eight ticketed events at $10 each or an all-inclusive PercPass ($45/$35 for full-time students).
