Finger Lakes Community College has taken a big step forward in its green initiative.

The Canandaigua community college has appointed a sustainability coordinator for the first time in school history.  Kimberly Babcock will head up the school's green initiative.  She will be in charge of making the schools curriculum, operations, student life, and community outreach efforts more environmentally friendly.

FLCC and RochesterHomepage.net are partners in going green.
