Greece Arcadia needed a win to qualify for the Class A sectionals, but it was Irondequoit who played like their season was on the line.

Briele Caples passed for 194 yards and two touchdowns. He ran for 121 yards and two touchdowns as the Eagles (2-5) handled the Titans 29-14 on a windy, muddy day in Greece.

David Ross scored both TDs for Arcadia on a interception return and a run. The pick-six got the Titans within two at 8-6 in the second quarter and seemed to be the spark Arcadia needed.

However, Caples responded with two scoring drives before the half--the second capped by a 50-yard catch and mostly run to brother Loren. Arcadia was never in the game again.
