Bills Trade Evans: Good or Bad?

The Bills have traded WR Lee Evans to the Baltimore Ravens for a 4th Round Draft pick in 2012. Evans is coming off his 2 worst seasons with the Bills; he set career lows in receptions and yards in 2010. Lee Evans was the Bills 1st Round Draft pick in 2004, the same year Buffalo traded up in the 1st to get QB JP Losman.
