Baseball is toying with moving a team from the NL to the AL and creating two equal 15-team leagues.

There are two sticking points. First, would the leagues be three divisions of five or just one 15-team conglomerate. Second, can baseball get enough support for the idea despite requiring at least two teams to play an interleague series on the final days of the season.
