The singer announced on Twitter that she and husband Carey Hart welcomed a baby girl on Thursday. Her name: Willow Sage Hart. She and mom are doing well. It's the first baby for the couple.
#4 - Amy Winehouse
She went to rehab even though her song said she wouldn't. But she didn't stay long. Winehouse left the facility after a week. The 27-year-old's representative says she's "raring to go" and looking forward to her tour this summer.
#3 - Spelling Bee Champ
The winning word: cymotrichous. It means having wavy hair. 14-year-old Sukanya Roy from Wilkes-Barre is the 2011 Scripps National Spelling Bee champion. She beat out 274 other contestants in the 2 day tournament.
#2 - Bono
Even world famous rock stars get stuck on the side of the road. U2's Bono found himself having to hitchhike near Vancouver, British Columbia after he got stuck in a rainstorm. He and his assistant were picked up by an Edmonton Oilers hockey player. Bono says he's now a hockey fan.
#1 - Jack Kevorkian
The man known as Doctor Death has died. During Kevorkian's controversial medical career, he publicly acknowledged helping more than 130 patients end their lives. He turned the issue of doctor assisted suicide into a national debate. Kevorkian served prison time after being convicted of murder in 1998 for helping one of his patients commit suicide. He sat down with CNN later in his life. The CNN reporter asks "With regard to most of the things that people know Jack Kevorkian for, do you have any regrets? Kevorkian answers, "No, no it's your purpose as a physician - how can you regret helping a suffering patient?" Kevorkian died from a blood clot at a Detroit area hospital. He was 83 years old.
