Scott Pitoniak's Jets-Bills Report Card

COACHING: Chan Gailey’s team didn’t seem ready to play against a Jets team in a trap-game situation. Grade: D-minus
OFFENSE: Sadly, it was almost back to Trent Edwards levels, though Ryan Fitzpatrick did throw two TDs and scramble for 74 yards. Bills failed to convert any of their 10 third down situations, Lee Evans had one catch for 6 yards and Fred Jackson, C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson combined for 40 yards on nine carries. Grade: D-minus
DEFENSE: No takeaways, no sacks, no chance. The Jets gashed them for 273 yards on the ground and Mark Sanchez threw two TDs. Grade: F
SPECIAL TEAMS: They fumbled away their first kickoff. Roscoe Parrish had a couple of nifty punt returns, but Spiller had a long kickoff return nullified by Donald Jones’ hold. Grade: D
OVERALL: If this wasn’t rock bottom, I hate to see what is. Grade: F
