The Yanks are 10-10, but thats not good enough for co-chairman Hank Steinbrenner. His specific problem is that Joba Chamberlain is a reliever and not a starter.
Hank told the New York Times only an "idiot" would leave Chamberlain in the bullpen with his stuff.
GM Brian Cashman responded, saying Chamberlain is not going to the rotation anytime soon. Cashman says Steinbrenner knows that is the plan, and Cashman doesnt know what set Steinbrenner off.
It leaves the organization two paths. One, Steinbrenner backs off his demand to put Chamberlain in the rotation. However, any future rants would be taken less seriously. Or two, Steinbrenner continues to push for Joba in the rotation causing the Bronx Zoo to re-erupt.
This is not the end of this story.
