New lawsuit against Rhinos

Rochester_Rhinos_logo2008-03-19-1205939944.gifMore legal troubles for the current owners of the Rhinos owner.


Chris Wilmot, a minority partner in the team, Tuesday filed suit to recover nearly $15,000 in consulting fees.


Wilmot says he bought a share of the men's and women's Rhinos, the Rochester Rattlers and the PAETEC Park lease back in 2006.


He worked for the teams and the stadium in marketing and sales, until donner and duross stopped payment of his consulting contract last august.


Wilmot resigned from the board of managers in november.
