Fairy Godmothers raise more money before prom fair

FASHIONSHOWFUNDRAISERA2008-03-10-1205164779.jpgDozens of girls strutted their style at a Rochester fashion show today. The "Once Upon a Dream" fashion show was held at the Memorial Art Gallery. News 8 Now at Sunrise's Katrina Irwin was Sunday's emcee. The event benefits the Fairy Godmothers of Greater Rochester. The Fairy Godmother organization helps girls attend their high school prom by providing dresses and accessories to those who may not otherwise be able to afford them. The fifth annual "Fairy Godmothers Prom Fair" will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2008, at the Suburban Plaza shopping center in Rochester from 10 am to 4 pm.
