Metal shop fire

ST.PAULHAZMAT2008-02-29-1204311143.jpgHazmat teams were called in for a fire at a metal shop in Rochester Friday morning.


This happening at Advantage Metal Works on St. Paul Street around 6:30am. Smoke began to pour out of a machine when some aluminum shavings caught fire and spread to filters.


It took about 3 hours to get the fire under control. 4 workers went to the hospital to get checked out as they may have breathed in fumes.
