Some fans waited over three hours at Barnes and Noble Thursday night, while others have been waiting since the day Kevin Everett got hurt, to see him walk through these doors. KEVINEVERETTbook2008-02-29-1204302373.jpg


Buffalo Bills Tight End Kevin Everett was in Amherst for a book signing. Called Standing Tall The Kevin Everett Story...it documents his recovery from a spinal injury that sidelined his career in September.


Thousands of fans at Ralph Wilson Stadium witnessed the hit that changed Everett's life. Everett says he knew at that moment he was paralyzed. But not once during his recovery did he lose faith that he was going to walk again. His fans never doubted it either.


Everett says it took him five-weeks to write the book. He says his family...fans and faith helped him stand tall once again.
