Shes the soloist - and the choreographer - of the Gates-Chili High School Show Choir.
"Ive always danced, my whole life, so I knew I loved to perform, but once I found out that I could sing and I had talent in that department, too, it all just kind of came together for me," said Lindsay.
Lindsays already taken part in professional theater, and she routinely performs in community theater too, such as the role of Muzzy, in the Westside Theater Prodution of Thoroughly Modern Millie. Shes a top ten scholar and a star pupil who always rises to the challenge.
"I can see her in the business of music, I can see her as a choreographer, I can see her as a producer, I can see her in so many roles, she has multi-talents, some i dont think she realizes she has yet," said Robert Frost, vocal teacher at Gates-Chili. "I know Ill be seeing her on stage some day, and Ill be in the front row."
Lindsays grandfather was a professional trombone player. Shes taken his jazz roots and run with them, singing her way into a slot with the all-state vocal jazz choir.
"Ive always said I want to take my music as far as it will go, so thats kind of my motto."
She plans on studying musical theater in college, and after that, her sights set on the Big Apple.
