The ESL Federal Credit Union will be building its headquarters in downtown Rochester.

The bank plans to build a six story building on Chestnut Street, right across from the Strong National Museum of Play.

The cost for this is $50 million.

The plans need city council approval, but, if all goes through, construction is set to begin this summer with the 300 employees moving in by 2010.
