Here on News 8, we do Super Tuesday every week. The difference, every candidate is a winner and we call it instead, our High School Great 8.
Number 8, Kyle Downey scored 30 points against Rush-Henrietta, but none better than this three...the buzzer beater forced overtime, but...
Number 7, Dezerick Brooks scored 24 points, including five three pointers and the Royal Comets held off Fairport in a thriller.
Number 6, Alyssa Fenyn,
Number 5, Dan Schuler and Tyler Edwards each scored hat tricks leading Aquinas to a big win over the Greece Thunder.
Number 4, Skip Schwartz, Mendon. 65 points in three games.... 48 of that on 16 three pointers... including 8 triples in one game. Part of a 2-1 week for the Vikings.
Number 3, Nicole Jones,
Number 2, Jaanai Beckford also topped the millennium mark in a win Tuesday.... 27 points to go with 16 boards, 7 rebounds and 8 blocks. He's the first ever to score 1000 for Northstar.
Number 1, Brittany Wilson strapped Fairport to her back and carried the Red Raiders to a win over archrival Rush-Henrietta scoring 35 points, including 8 three-pointers.
