Wilson Leads Fairport To Win Over R-H

Rush-Henrietta led by four at the half. Then, Brittany Wilson found the zone. Wilson scored 14 of her game high 35 points and made four of her eight three pointers in the third quarter, igniting a rally that ended with a Fairport 64-50 win over the Royal Comets at Fairport Tuesday night. Shenise Johnson scored 20 in defeat for Rush-Henrietta.

Despite Wilson's big third quarter, the Lady Comets only trailed by four heading to the fourth. However, Fairport kept adding on, building the lead to 11 halfway through the fourth and 16 with three minutes to go. Fairport won both regular season games against Rush-Henrietta this season, improving to 14-1. R-H is now 13-3.
