Calling hours held for slain officer from Rochester

Calling hours were held Sunday night for a Rochester native who was killed on January 16th.  Scores of police officers and local leaders paid their respects, among them Rochester Mayor Bob Duffy. 26-year-old Ricky Bryant Jr. was a police officer in Dekalb County, Georgia. He was working an off-duty security job when he was gunned down. Bryant was a 1999 graduate of Gates-Chili High School. He leaves behind a wife and four children. Bryant was also a U.S. Marine. Funeral services will be held Monday at at the Church of Love,

in downtown Rochester.
