44-year-old Donald Garver is charged with a break-in earlier this month on

Fairport Road
in Perinton. Authorities say he pried open the front door of a home and once inside stole jewelry, a digital camera, assorted change, and a pillow case. Police then determined Garver to be a suspect in a series of daytime and evening burglaries around the area.

While the investigation continues into the other break-ins, Garver is being held on 30,000 dollars bail.
