A former Livonia coach is accused of sending inappropriate messages to teen girls.
Sheriff investigators say 26 year old jeremy socola sent sexually explicit text messages and pictures with his cell phone to young girl athletes. He also allegedly used computer instant messages.
Socola coached softball and football at the Livonia High school.
He's currently on suspension with the district and being held in jail on bail.
Tonight, the sheriff there says this should be a wakeup call for parents.
"i don't think any parent should let their kids give out their cell phone to anyone unless they approve of them.," said Sheriff John York.
