Rochester man leads police on a 23 mile chase

policelights22007-12-24-1198555007.jpgA Rochester man is in police custody tonight after leading sheriff's deputies on a 23-mile chase from Hopewell to West Bloomfield the Ontario County Sheriff's department says 34 year-old Craig Nicolo stole a car from the "Arrow Mart" in the Town of Hopewell. He was later spotted by police in Canandaigua but would not pull over. Nicolo finally crashed into a barn on County Road 37 in West Bloomfield. Nicolo has been charged with grand larceny and driving while on drugs. Nicolo is being held at the Ontario County Jail.
