Fairport, R-H Split Boys, Girls Games

Dane Miller scored 24 points as Rush-Henrietta had a much easier time than expected with Fairport, winning 67-47 at Fairport Friday night. Kyle Downey remained unstoppable with 29 points, but it wasnt enough for the Red Raiders, who drop to 4-2. Rush-Henrietta is also now 4-2. Brittany Wilson scored 23 points and pulled down ten rebounds to hand the Lady Comets their first loss of the year 57-51 at R-H Friday night. Its the first loss by Rush-Henrietta against a Section Five team since January, 2005. Shenise Johnson put up 24 points and 17 rebounds, but the Royal Comets still fell to 5-1. Fairport is still a perfect 6-0.
