No charges against trooper involved in deadly accident

StateTrooperLogocopy2007-12-21-1198294544.jpgA Wayne County grand jury has come back and says there is no cause for charges against a State Trooper involved in a deadly crash. Trooper Eric Kristansen was on his way to a call when his cruiser struck a car driven by Shonda Skinner. Skinner died from her injuries. The grand jury came back today and dimissed and possible criminal charges. District Attorney Rick Healy says the family may be filing a civil suit against Kristansen.
