Tech Park signs long-term lease with Citigroup

ROCHESTERTECHPARK2007-12-18-1198001066.jpgRochester's struggling tech park may soon be getting a new tenant. Financial services company Citigroup has signed a long-term lease at the park. The area used to be the Kodak Elmgrove Plant.


The facility is currently owned by the Tryad Group. Officials say Tryad is in negotiations with several other potential tenants.
