Once the city purchases Midtown, it's expected to cost between 50 and 65 million dollars to tear down. About two million dollars will be available to help relocate existing Midtown businesses.

Other items on the agenda to be discussed Tuesday night, Mayor Bob Duffy will ask for more funding for Zero Tolerance and Duffy may take action on the council's decision to continue to use Rural Metro for its ambulance service.
