City of Rochester loses Christian youth conference

The City of Rochester has lost one of its annual holiday season venues, the popular Christian youth tour called The Joshua Revolution.


The tour is moving back to its home base of Niagara Falls. Over the last three years, the Joshua Revolution has attracted literally thousands of young people to downtown Rochester during the holidays.
