Rochester Police investigate shooting at mini-market

MINI-MARTSHOOTING2007-12-04-1196794144.jpgThe Rochester Police Department continue to investigate a deadly shooting at a city mini-market on North Street. It happened Monday night. Officers says three males entered the store and robbed the clerk at gun point. The victim then came into the store from the back and was shot by one of the male suspects. The victim was taken to Strong Hospital where he later died. The suspects all fled the scene, but with the help of the K-9 units, there were found and arrested. Charges are pending against the men at this time. Stay tuned to News 8 Now at 5 & 6 for the latest on this developing story.
