Minnesota-Twins2007-11-29-1196362388.jpgTampa Bay and Minnesota pulled off a six-player deal Wednesday night, with starting pitcher Matt Garza, shortstop Jason Bartlett and minor league pitcher Eduardo Morlan going to the Rays, while outfielder Delmon Young, infielder Brendan Harris and outfielder Jason Pridie were sent to the Twins.

The 22-year-old Young was a unanimous selection to the 2007 Topps Major League Rookie All-Star Team after hitting .288 with 13 home runs, 93 RBI and 10 stolen bases. He played in all 162 games for Tampa Bay.

Young, the first overall pick of the 2003 draft, was just one of seven players to appear in every game last season. He ranked second in the American League with 645 at-bats.

Garza, who turned 24 on Monday, was the Minnesota's top pick in the 2005 draft. The right-hander went 5-7 with a 3.69 ERA in 16 games (15 starts) last season.
