New charges in daycare sex abuse case

Humby_Sean2007-11-27-1196197124.jpgA Chili man is facing new charges in connection with alleged abuse at a Riga daycare.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says Sean Humby, 19, is now charged for abusing a second victim.  Authorities say the abuse occurred over a 12 month period at the Love and Laughter Daycare.  Humby did not work at the daycare, but was friends with the owner.

Three boys have come forward in connection with this case.  Humby is charged with abusing two boys.  Police say charges are pending in the third case.

Humby remains held in the Monroe County jail.

The daycare has since shut down.
