Man killed in accident involving farm tractor

The Wayne County Sheriffs is investigating a fatal accident today in the Town of Marion. It happened on Ball Road, around four in the morning. 20-year old Joseph Maliborski was using a farm tractor to tow a car from a ditch after it struck and severed a utility pole. The tractor came in contact with low hanging utility lines, and Maliborski was electrocuted.
