Accidental deaths

The deaths of two RIT students killed in last week's fire have been ruled as accidental. Today the medical examiner's office released its findings.

Both Seth Policzer and Syed Ali Turab were killed after a fire ripped through their Upton Park home just after 2:30am last Friday.

A third student, Michael DiCocco, was rescued by firefighters from a second floor window. He is recovering at strong hospital and is in satisfactory condition.
