"It's a great place to let my kids run around," said Jennifer English, whose four kids range in age from four weeks to nine years old. While her four week old isn't hitting the gym yet, English said her three oldest can't get enough.
"My youngest loves the bounce house, and my oldest loves the zip line up there so there's plenty for all of them," said Jennifer.
From climbing to crawling, bouncing to biking, kids can exercise their way around the 10,000 square foot facility.
Kango Academy has only been open for a week, but owners say they're already getting positive feedback from parents. Part of the appeal is that kids are getting exercise without even knowing it.
"We put wrist bands on for security, and every kid has a sweat caked wristband at the end of the day," said Andy Curwin, a co-owner. "We'll ask if you had fun, and they'll say 'I had a great time.' I'll ask 'did you exercise today?' And they'll say, 'no, no, no - I just played.'"
Curwin said that's the main reason behind the expanded jungle gym.
"We wanted a lot of motion. We want a lot of things for kids to be busy and moving and active the whole time," said Curwin.
English said her children are enjoying the exercise. This is her second trip in a week.
"This place is great, and I look forward to getting a season pass," said English.
